The existing Shaldon Bridge is a 324 meter multispan structure over the Teign Estuary between Teignmouth and Shaldon in South Devon.
It appears that there is no need for Shaldon Bridge at low tide!
Originating on Dartmoor and entering the sea at Teignmouth, the River Teign boasts hugely diverse habitats that attract a large variety of birds and wildlife. At low tide, it appears below that boats are marooned in the river.
